PlayStation Announces State of Play Livestream

Written by Luke Heyen on March 22nd, 2019.

PlayStation announced on their blog that they will be holding a live broadcast on March 25th at 2 PM PST. Referred to as “State of Play”, the live stream will host new trailers, game announcements, and gameplay footage for both PS4 and PSVR hardware.

You can tune into State of Play on Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, or Twitter, or watch it later in VOD if you are unable to watch it live. Sony has also stated, “…this is just the beginning! State of Play will return throughout the year with more updates and announcements.” The program appears to emulate both Nintendo Direct and Inside Xbox by providing exclusive PlayStation news on a periodic basis. We’ll keep you updated on all the info delivered by State of Play episodes going forward. What games would you like to see during the first State of Play live stream?
